As the owner and sole employee my focus is to serve you. I do everything within my abilities to make sure you are completely satisfied with the service.

If I can’t do that I don’t accept payment. It’s that simple.

I also offer what I call the “Life Happens” guarantee. I know as well as you do that stuff happens.

So if stuff happens (like you drop your shears and ding the edge) within two weeks of my service I will repair the edge to the best of my ability…for free!
